Issue Summary

Currently, we cannot create Asset objects from Asset fields in the Jira transition screen.

The field only provides option to select Asset objects.

This functionality was available in Jira Data Center.

It would be good to have this feature available in Asset fields in Jira transition screens.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Jira Asset field.
2. Add the newly created Asset field in Jira transition screen.
3. Transition will only allow to select existing objects, it will not allow to create fresh objects.

Expected Results

Transition screen should have the capability to create Asset objects from the Asset fields.

Actual Results

Transition screen does not provide option to create fresh Asset objects in the Asset fields.

Workaround

Create Asset objects from the Asset UI.
