Enable Assets Data Manager automatically

      Current State:

      During some rare infrastructure events, Data Manager gets disabled and has to be enabled manually again by the Administrator.
       

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be great to have the Data Manager to be enabled automatically in such scenarios or send a notification event to the Administrators for them enable it.
