      Issue Summary

      JSM Sandbox sites created after 7th October, 2025 for parent JSM sites created before 7th October, 2025 does not have "Customer and organisation profiles", "Product and entitlements" & "Developer escalations" in Features setting under Project Settings

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have an JSM site created before 7th October, 2025
      2. Create a JSM sandbox site.
      3. Create a JSM Project
      4. Navigate to the newly created JSM Project settings.

      Expected Results

      The sandboxed site created base on a JSM site created before 7th October, 2025 have "Customer and organisation profiles", "Product and entitlements" & "Developer escalations" in Features setting under Project Settings

      Actual Results

      The sandboxed site created base on a JSM site created before 7th October, 2025 does NOT have "Customer and organisation profiles", "Product and entitlements" & "Developer escalations" in Features setting under Project Settings

      Workaround

      Currently there is no user actionable workaround for this behaviour. Customers on subscription tiers can contact technical support to re-enable the missing settings in their sandbox.
