The Helpcenter allows users to search for AI-generated answers across knowledge bases (KBs) linked to multiple projects. However, it is not possible to create a request directly from an escalation or AI answer within the Helpcenter. If you need to create a request, you must initiate the conversation from within the relevant project.
Would be a great feature to raise a request from a conversation in helpcenter as it customer may not know the correct project.
