Issue Summary

Unable to send a Slack DM using 'Send Slack direct message' in JSM Standard Plan.
It results in an error:

We couldn't send the Slack direct message

Steps to Reproduce

1. Connect Slack with Jira: Connect Slack with Jira Service Management
2. Create an automation rule to send Slack DM via 'Send Slack direct message' action.
3. Execute the automation rule.

Expected Results

users receives a Slack DM

Actual Results

users do not receive a Slack DM
It results in an error:

We couldn't send the Slack direct message

Workaround

Use 'Send Slack message' action instead.
