Ability to configure the button "Need to raise a request? Contact us" when Knowledge Base categories are set

      Issue Summary

      Currently, when a Knowledge Base category is set via Project > Knowledge Base > Categories, a button with the following legend will show up in the customer portal:

      "Need to raise a request? Contact us".

      The portal groups and request types will be shown only after clicking that button, which can lead to confusion.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a category from Project > Knowledge Base > Categories.
      2. Navigate to the project's customer portal.

      Expected Results

      It would be helpful to have a way to remove the button "Need to raise a request? Contact us" if needed.

      Actual Results

      The button "Need to raise a request? Contact us" shows up. The request types and any portal groups will not be listed until you click on the button.

      Workaround

      If you need to remove the button "Need to raise a request? Contact us" from the customer portal so the portal groups and request types are directly listed, you will need to remove the Knowledge Base categories.
