Issue Summary

Select fields created in the team-managed project within the request type using Create field option clears the selection when updating the workflow

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit any request type in team-managed project
2. Create a dropdown or checkbox field
3. Add the options 
4. Make one of the option as default if it's dropdown or select one of the option if its checkbox
5. Save the request type
6. Edit the workflow using Edit workflow option within request type
7. Make any change you wish to. I simply added a transition
8. Click on update workflow and Save it
9. Return to the request type and the pre-selection would be clear automatically

Expected Results

The pre-selected options for dropdown/checkbox field should retain 

Actual Results

The pre-selected options are cleared upon updating the workflow
