Forms attachment field is not uploading files on Android phones

      Issue Summary

      Attachments added through a Jira Form on android mobile devices are not shown/added when request is created.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a Jira Form with an Attachment field to a request type.
      2. Go to the Customer Portal using a mobile device
      3. Create a new request and attach a file

      Expected Results

      Get a request with the corresponding attachments

      Actual Results

      No attachments added

      Workaround

      • Add an attachment in a comment on the request view page
