Issue Summary
Not able to change the Knowledge base permission under JSM Project Settings -> Knowledge Base page.
When we try to change the Who can view setting to All logged-in users we are seeing Couldn't Load. Refresh error.
In the network tab we see A call to confluence failed error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a JSM Project
- Go to Project Settings -> Knowledge base
- Change the settings under Who can view to All logged-in users
Expected Results
The settings is changed and saved successfully.
Actual Results
The setting is saved.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
