Current State:

Tracking image is added to the bottom of Jira notification emails, expressing concerns regarding user consent for tracking.

Proposed Future State:

Need to opt out of all email tracking from Atlassian (namely, the open tracking pixel added to emails). They'd like to make sure that all emails from their tenant don't include tracking. I don't think they need the granularity of per-user tracking preferences, though that would solve their problem, too, if something like that existed.
Disable pixel tracking, as this is hampering their stakeholders' trust while tracking the emails without their consent.
