Issue Summary

Customer is reporting issues with making multiple ticket transitions in the Jira Mobile App on iOS26. 

Device: iPhone 16 Pro Max

Jira App version: 240.2.0

When the customer makes 2-3 ticket transitions, they work as expected. Then randomly (seemingly intermittently) on further transitions they will not be able to press the transition they'd like to go to anymore. 

That is, when they press the tickets current status at the top, the list of possible statuses to transition to will show up, they will not be able to press any of those transitions. 

However, tilting the phone horizontally makes these transitions possible again. 

Reinstalling the App did not make a difference. 

Steps to Reproduce

Have not been able to replicate. 

Expected Results

To be able to transition to all available statuses without needing to turn the phone on its side. 

Actual Results

Intermittently, transitions cannot be selected in the App after the current status is pressed to bring up the possible transition states. 

Workaround

Rotate phone horizontally to press the transition.
