Issue Summary

Sandbox full data copy is failing at JiraIxport .

Steps to Reproduce

1. The sandbox should have JSM.
2. Run full data copy.

Expected Results

The data copy to sandbox is successful.

Actual Results

In the migration logs, we see below error

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
