Scenario:
Login into any JSM site and access queues from any of the JSM projects. Try performing a search using an work item that is already available in the queue and observe that the search wouldn't return the correct results. It would either return a blank page (0 results) or would return an incorrect work item.
Actual Behaviour:
Currently when performing search using work item key it returns incorrect results.
Expected behaviour:
The search should work consistently and it should return results based on the searched terms.
Workaround:
Currently the workaround is to search for the work item in the global search.
