The link text "Atlassian cookies and tracking notice" fails to meet minimum color contrast requirements.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the myColorado support request form on iOS and Android devices.
2. Observe that cookie banner appears on the top of the page.
3. Navigate to the "Atlassian cookies and tracking notice" link.
4. Use a color contrast testing tool to check the color contrast.
5. Observe that the color contrast between the mentioned text and the background is insufficient.

Actual Results

The cookie banner link text "Atlassian cookies and tracking notice" with #088340 foreground color has an insufficient color contrast ratio of 4:1 with #DEEAFE background color.

This will make it difficult for people with low vision and color blindness to read standard text elements that have insufficient contrast.

Expected Results

The contrast ratio between the foreground and background color should be sufficient. Ensure that the color contrast of the mentioned texts meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 with it’s background.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
