Steps to Reproduce
- Open the myColorado support request form on iOS and Android devices.
- Navigate to the breadcrumb section and select the "myColorado Customer Support" and "myColorado" links.
- Note that color alone identifies these links.
- Proceed to the footer and select the "Powered by Jira Service Management", "Privacy", and "Terms" links.
- Observe that no visual cue indicates these elements are links.

Actual Results
Color #00843D alone is used to identify "myColorado Customer Support" and "myColorado" beadcrumb links. Similarly, color #5D6C83 alone is used to identify "Powered by Jira Service Management", "Privacy", and "Terms" links located in the footer section. Even though sufficient color contrast is provided, the links do not have a persistent underline.
This will make it difficult for low vision users and those with colorblindness to easily distinguish links within the block of text.
Expected Results
A persistent underline should be present for the links to distinguish it within the block of text. To make it easy for all users to recognise links the best practice is to persistently underline them. If the above solution is not feasible, ensure that the underline appears when the mouse hovers over the links and when the links receive the keyboard focus.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
