      Issue Summary

It's possible to enable the JSM Operations feature for a Team. Once this is done, it's not possible to revert, disable, or remove that action.

This means that a person could inadvertently enable Operations, and has no way to undo that.

Or, they might intentionally enable the feature, then later decide that Team is no longer relevant for Operations in JSM. The Team might be serving other functions, so it's not reasonable to ask the customer to delete the Team and recreate it in order to remove the Operations feature.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to home.atlassian.com and select Teams
      2. On the team's page, find the operations section and enable it
      3. Results in that Team being added to JSM, with no option to remove it

      Expected Results

There is a way to disable Operations for a team.

      Actual Results

There is no way to disable Operations for a team once it is enabled.

      Workaround

The only workaround is to delete the Team and recreate it.
