Current State:
If a request fails to notify an agent channel in JSM Chat, it cannot be re-synced to make it available again.
The same applies to tickets that were previously synced with the integration but stopped syncing after the connection was removed and re-established.
Proposed Future State:
Offer a method to re-sync requests, so our users can access all their essential data within the JSM Chat integration.
