      Issue Summary

      Playbook item, when marked from 'Done' to 'Undone', is still showing up as 'Success'

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Mark the playbook as Done, which will show it as a success
      2. Mark the playbook from Done to Undone
      3. Success is not reverting

      Expected Results

      Success should also revert back

      Actual Results

      Success is not reverting.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
