Render emoji icon itself rather than unicode in help center search result

      Current State:

      In help center, knowledge base search result shows the body of articles.
      If the body includes emoji icons, these are displayed as unicode like "\uD83E\uDD14".

      Proposed Future State:

      It would be better if the search result can show the emoji icon itself rather than unicode.
