Assist bot sync setting the Date of First Response field

      Current State:

      The Date of First Response is a system field. The documentation states that it is used by the Time to first response Gadget:

      In theory, the first comment not made by the reporter will update the field. The problem here is that if the ticket is raised by the Virtual Service Agent, Assist will sync all comments, one by one, individually. With that, there is a big possibility that the first comment is made by Assist, which will trigger the field update and we will end up with the creation date and the Date of First Response being almost the same, save some sync delays.

      Proposed Future State:

      Disregard Assist comments and consider only (human) Agent comments to update the field
