      Issue Summary

      Enable customers to access Confluence knowledge base articles linked from a cross-site Confluence instance within a JSM Help Center configured with a custom domain.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Configure a JSM Help Center with a custom domain.
      2. Link the JSM project to a Confluence knowledge base from a different site.
      3. Attempt to view a cross-site Confluence article from the JSM Help Center.

      Expected Results

      Users being able to view cross-site Confluence articles within the JSM Help Center without being prompted for login, especially when space permissions allow "Anyone" access.

      Actual Results

      Users are presented with a Confluence login screen when trying to access cross-site articles.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
