Issue Summary

Currently, the Approval/Decline buttons in the approval notification are not translated into localized languages.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add extra language to the service project except English (Ex: Dutch, Spanish, Croatian etc)
2. Send an approval email notification from the service project ticket. 

Expected Results

The approval and Decline buttons should be translated into the localized language, along with the prompt text ("This request requires your approval").

Actual Results

The Approve and Decline buttons are not translated into the localized language. It still with the English.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
