Current State:
When an Customer Organization is deleted in JSM, it deletes all the associations with customers and JSM requests. If the deletion was accidental or needs to be reverted, it is not possible and it has to be done manually. There is no point in time backup for Organizations which makes it hard to restore it to original state.
Proposed Future State:
Provide a feature to either soft delete the customer Organization so that deleting an Organization can be restored with all the project and customer associations.
