Current State:

There is a difference in the view experience of the inline attachments when added vi incoming email compared to adding inline attachments through portal.

Inline attachments added through Portal

This inline attachments coming through e-mails are not so readable-friendly and the inconsistant behaviour between the two channels that customers interact doesn't give a seamless experience.
 

Proposed Future State:

We would like to have the inline attachments when sent from email similar to how it looks when uploaded through the portal to have same experience.
