Ability to customize notification sounds for alert based on their priorities

      Summary:

      The customer would like the ability to customize all notification sounds in the iOS/Android app, including those for Close Alert actions.

      This needs to include: 

      • Ability to assign different notification sounds for different alerts (P1/P2 alert vs on-call starting for example) 
      • Ability to adjust the volume of each alert type's sound volume
