Issue Summary
Asset dropdown field in JSM portal forms does not display the full list of objects on first click; only a subset of values is shown. The complete list appears only after interacting with the dropdown a second time or after zooming out.
Steps to Reproduce
- Add an asset-based custom field to a JSM request form and ensure it contains 15 or more objects.
- Navigate to the customer portal and open the relevant request form.
- Click on the asset dropdown field (e.g., "Please select a topic").
- Observe the number of objects displayed in the dropdown on the first click.
- Click away and then click the dropdown again, or zoom out in the browser, and observe the number of objects displayed.
Expected Results
All available asset objects should be displayed in the dropdown on the first interaction, with the dropdown scroller allowing access to all options.
Actual Results
On the first click, the dropdown displays fewer objects than expected (e.g., 13 out of 15). On the second click or after zooming out, the full list is displayed. The dropdown scroller does not initially allow access to the last few options.
Workaround
Reposition the Asset field higher up in the request form. This may resolve the issue.
There is no other known workaround for this behavior. This section will be updated if a new workaround becomes available.
