Customize widgets shown in JSM Queues

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Current State:

      Currently, default widgets for Request Type, Status, Assignee, and More filters show up in JSM queues. However, users are not able to configure additional widgets.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      Have additional widgets configurable by both users and admins. For example, widgets can be default fields like Reporter or custom fields such as Supplier Name. This will allow users to be able to better interact with queues and get the specific views they would like to see.
