Current State:
When creating a queue in a JSM project with Work categories - Incident Management enabled, a pre-filter is added with "Ticket category" = "Incidents" condition in the JQL.
In some cases, this condition is not required and is preventing tickets from being listed in the queue.
Proposed Future State:
For new Incident queues created, please consider not adding the pre-filter:

This queue is already filtered by:project = "Incident Management" AND "Ticket category" = "Incidents"
Alternative:
A workaround, in this case, is to create a JQL filter with the required JQL conditions or add the queue under Project Queues, not in Project Queues > Incidents.
