Current State:

JSM Forms currently supports the translation based on user preference language.

However, when attach the forms to work items using automation action "Attach forms", it always attach the forms in its primary language.
 

Proposed Future State:

It would be better if the forms is attached based on the initiator's preference language / work item's request language.
