• Currently, there is no way to deactivate dropdown options in Team Managed Project

Suggested Solution

• Ability to deactivate dropdown options for Request View in Team Managed Project, so that the customer won't be able to select it.
• On Work Item View, the disabled dropdown options should be displayed, but even agent users should not be able to select the disabled dropdown option.

Why This is Important

• A possible use case:
  • For example, when Company A and Company B merge to form a new company called Company C, it is important to ensure that the values in the request fields set as Company A and Company B are retained and can be tracked.
  • To achieve this, it is appropriate to disable the dropdown menu for customers in Request View, while retaining the disabled dropdown options selected before in the work item data.
  • This feature is also implemented in Company Managed project.
