Issue Summary

The issue in the queue page is that when you scroll fast down or up intermittently we see a few issues appear and disappear as a flash or a flickering screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a JSM project where you have some tickets created
2. Go to the queue page, then scroll up/down quickly.
3. We sometimes notice tickets Flicker/Flash on the screen for a few moments

Actual Results

A few tickets on the screen are visible while the rest of the tickets flicker on the screen

Workaround

Performing a Browser Refresh resolves the issue.
