Issue Summary
KBs hosted in Confluence Server site are not being listed as results for central help center search, although they match the parameters being used.
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure the knowledge base link between JSM Cloud project and Confluence server / DC space
- Search Confluence Server / DC article via general (central) Help center feature
- No KB is found although the parameter being used matches existing article.
Important: This does not affect project specific portals. If you try to create a request and start typing a Summary using the same parameters, the articles are listed as expected.
Expected Results
Confluence Server/DC articles should be found via help center.
Actual Results
Confluence Server/DC articles cannot be found via help center.
Workaround
It's possible to link some articles using External links feature.
