Unable to create tickets using Atlassian Assist for MS Teams

      Issue Summary

      After an MS Teams update, it’s not possible to raise requests using Atlassian Assist.

      It seems that Assist drop-down are not refreshing the cache and showing the wrong information for Request types and other fields, making it not possible to raise requests.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In chat with the Assist bot click on Actions and apps
      2. Select Assist

      3. Try to raise a Request

      Expected Results

      You should be able to select your projects and Request types as desired.

      Actual Results

      The drop-down values are not shown as expected, and you're unable to select the correct information to raise the requests.

      Workaround

      It's possible to use the JSM Portal to raise requests.
