Knowledge Base Articles with confluence page links not rendering correctly in customer portal for portal-only customers
Portal only customer might see URLs like
https://abc.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/servicedesk/customer/confluence/shim/spaces/ABC/pages/2162851841
Steps to Reproduce
- Configure Confluence page and add the relevant Confluence link to the page.
- In your Jira Service Management project, go to Project settings > Knowledge base and link the Confluence space to your service project. Set the viewing permissions so that all logged-in users can view the articles.
- Log in as a portal-only customer
- Access the knowledge base articles from the customer portal to verify that the articles and Confluence links render correctly for portal-only customers.
- Portal only customer might see URLs like
https://abc.atlassian.net/plugins/servlet/servicedesk/customer/confluence/shim/spaces/ABC/pages/2162851841
Expected Results
Knowledge base articles that contain Confluence page links are render correctly for portal only customers.
Actual Results
Knowledge base articles that contain Confluence page links may not render correctly in the customer portal for portal only customers.
