Enable AI "Summarize Comment" button when accessing ticket from Filter results

      Issue Summary

      AI "Summarize Comment" button is disabled when opening tickets from a filter, but enabled when accessing the same tickets via the search bar in the UI  

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open one issue directly from the search bar ,the Summarize Comment is enabled.
      2. Open the same issue from filter results,the Summarize Comment is disabled.

      Expected Results

      The AI "Summarize Comment button should be enabled when accessing tickets from filter results as well. 

      Actual Results

      The summarize button is grey out and unable to use it from filter results.

      Workaround

      Using the breadcrumb link at the top of the filter result view, click the ticket number link. This will open the ticket to a /browse path where the "Summarize comments" button is enabled.
