Ability to customize and configure post notifications under same incident thread or new message

      Currently, PagerDuty posts notifications under the same incident thread. However, in JSM ChatOps, all notifications are in a new notification. 

      Hence, the ability to configure and customise whether to receive the notification in the same incident thread or to have it in a new notification thread will be helpful for the customer.
