Current State:

Whenever we try to create an external link, there is no separate button to save/update the link and the dropdown only shows internal links like work items, confluence pages. Pressing Enter saves the external link but it is very confusing for the users to know.

Proposed Future State:

Please add a save/update button so that users have a clear understanding of saving the links
