Current State:
Admins don't have a way to set customized permissions for customer accounts (e.g. based on the customer's organization) in the portal.
Proposed Future State:
Implement granular permissions (comment, raise requests, add participants, etc.) that can be applied to individual users or customer organizations.
Workaround
There is no workaround at this time.
