Current State:

As of now, you can use some smart values right away inside intents:

{}{{reporter.accountId}}, {}{{reporter.active}}, {}{{reporter.displayName}}{}{{reporter.emailAddress}}, {{reporter.timeZone}}

However, these smart values cannot be used in standard flows.

Proposed Future State:

Allow using these values to customize standard flows, and make them more personal.
For example, instead of just "👋 Hi" you can send to the customer "👋 Hi, John"

Alternative:

As of now, there are no workarounds for this.
