Current Status

In Jira, most settings are accessed from the settings cog in the top right hand corner of the product. The different categories can then be toggled using the drop-down that appears on the left-hand side once inside one of the settings options. 

At the moment, "Operations" appears in the left-hand drop-down menu, but not in the main settings cog. 

This leads to an inconsistent customer experience, and also difficulty finding the Operations settings. 

Suggested Solution 

Add "Operations" to the main settings cog. 

Workaround

Access Operation settings from the drop-down after choosing a different option from the Settings Cog.
