Issue Summary
When Sync is setup to create an incident from the alerts in Operations, the config does not support fields such as Responders, Request Type, and Affected Service which are all important information required when creating an incident.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Sync
- Under Rules for taking actions against alerts, tick the option for "Create and update work items against alerts created by integrations or other syncs"
- Click on Add rule
- Click on Edit work items fields
- Select All fields from dropdown
- No option available to select, responders, request type, and Affected services.
Expected Results
Since the Request type, Responders and affected Services are important fields when creating an incident, these fields should be supported
Actual Results
These fields are currently not supported.
Workaround
There are two workarounds:
Option 1: Create multiple sync and have each Sync allocated to a team as per the condition defined in the rule.
Option 2: Use automation to populate the fields required.
