      Issue Summary

The SLA time zone displayed in the issue view is inconsistent, showing different time zones (GMT-4 and GMT+10) for the same ticket, leading to confusion among JSM Agents.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a ticket in the issue view [instance].atlassian.net/browse/ABC-123
      2. Observe the SLA time zone displayed as GMT-4 (or maybe another one) that is not configured in the Jira system or personal settings.
      3. Open the same ticket in a queue view [instance].atlassian.net/jira/servicedesk/projects/[project]/queues/custom/[queue-id]/ABC-123
      4. Observe the SLA time zone is displayed correctly according to the user personal settings.
      5. Confirm that no changes have been made to the time zone settings by the user.

      Expected Results

The SLA time zone should be consistent across all views and should reflect the correct time zone setting configured in the system.

      Actual Results

The SLA time zone is inconsistent:

      • In the issue view, it shows GMT-4 (or another).
      • In the queue view, it shows GMT+11 (or user personal settings).

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
