Issue Summary
When a new JSM instance is created (in ap-southeast-2) (or some instances with Operations already enabled), and a new alert is created, said alert has a lot of errors:
Error messages seem to reduce/stop happening after some time.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create new JSM instance (can be consistently replicated in new instances, sometimes in older instances)
- Create a new alert
- Open alert
- Notice errors
Expected Results
For alerts to work correctly as soon as instance is provisioned.
- this is definitely affecting instances in ap-southeast-2, but may also be affecting instances in other regions.
Actual Results
Errors show up in alerts as per the screenshot attached
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
