Issue Summary
When viewing the incident that is presented in the results under Filters, the option Add to past option is not available under internal comment. However, when we open the incident in a new tab, the Add to past option is available.
Steps to Reproduce
Create an incident
- Create a New incident (make sure request type is not empty)
- Under Comments, click on Add internal note
- You will see the option to Add to past option is available.
Search for the incident from Filters
- Go to Filters and click on Search work items
- Look for the incident you created above and click to view it.
- Under Comments, click on Add internal note
- The Add to past option is not available
Open the Incident from Search result
- Once you have the incident open from the search result, click on the Incident number on top of the page, this opens the incident in a new page.
- Under Comments, click on Add internal note
- You will see the option to Add to past option is available.
Expected Results
The Add to past option should be available when viewing the incident via the Search view.
Actual Results
When viewing the incident via Search result, the Add to past option is not available.
Workaround
Currently the only work around is to open the incident in a new tab instead of viewing it from the search result.
