Ability to set a field from an intent even if it is not part of the Request Form

      Issue Summary

      Currently, only fields that are part of the Request Form of the related Request Type can be set by an intent (Virtual Agent). For instance, from an action "Change request type and fields":

      However, adding the field to the Request Form will make it available on the Customer Portal as well. There could be cases when the field needs to hidden from there.

      Suggestion

      To be able to set fields that are part of the Work Item View only, in the related Request Type.

      Workaround

      Set the fields using Automation. You may add validations to check if the Summary is the same used by the intent, the Request Type, and also that the Creator is Atlassian Assist.  For example:
