Current State:

Currently, for customers who do not use JSM operations, there is no option to hide the Operations tab from the JSM sidebar for all users at once.
Individual users have to click on the three dots next top operations and select "Hide from Sidebar"

Proposed Future State:

It would be good to have an option for a Jira administrator or a site admin to Hide operations from the sidebar for all users at once.
This would be helpful for companies/teams that do not intend to use JSM operations.
