JSM Chat: User who's name multibyte characters are not displayed as suggestions on Slack

      Issue Summary

      User who's name multibyte characters are not displayed as suggestions when input a word on Slack, JSM-Chat.
      But users are displayed as suggestions on Portal.

      The multibyte languages confirmed this time are Japanese kanji and hiragana.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create portal-only-customer and set name as following.
        10001 山田
        10010 上飯田
        山田 10001
        上飯田 10010
      1. Create a Jira service management project and invite customers.
      2. Create customfield "User Picker(single user)"
      3. Create "request type" and add customfield.
      4. Set JSM-Chat with Slack, and add "request type".
      5. Reach to Portal and select "request type" and input "山" or "上" on userpicker field.
      6. Reach to Slack and raise a request, and input "山" or "上" on userpicker field.

      Expected Results

      users are displayed as suggested both on Portal and Slack.

      Actual Results

      on Portal, you can see that users are displayed as suggested.

      But on Slack, users are not displayed as suggested.
      if I input numbers (ex. 10), users are displayed.
      input: 山

      input: 上

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
