JSM Knowledge base error due to deactivated Confluence Site

      Current State:

      Currently, When a confluence instance is integrated with JSM as a knowledge base and deactivated later you won't be able to access the "Knowledge Base" section in JSM Project settings until you unlink the Confluence link via backend.

       

      Proposed Future State:

      If the Confluence instance is deactivated or not valid, We should have an option to unlink it via User interface.

       

      Alternative (e.g. Third Party Plugin):
