Current State:
JSM stores email processing logs and metadata for 14–180 days (default is 45 days), but these logs are tied to the mailbox association within the project. Once a mailbox is deleted from a project, the "View logs" option is also removed, making it impossible to review past processing logs via the UI
Proposed Future State:
Keep logs available for dissociated mailboxes which aid in operational transparency and troubleshooting
