Current State:

JSM does not automatically prevent or warn administrators when the same mailbox is connected to multiple projects (either within the same site or across different sites). This can result in non-deterministic routing of emails and customer communication loss.

Proposed Future State:

Have the system detect and warn about duplicate mailbox associations and require the admin to choose one
